Professional career: Miroslav Tododrov Mitchev started his career in 1993 as a practicing judge with the City Court of Sofia. Since November 1993 to date he is a regular member of the Sofia Bar Association of Lawyers. From July 1993 to December 1994 Miroslav Mitchev worked as a director of the “Trade Law” magazine. He has a number of publications at the “Trade Law” magazine. In 2000 he became a partner with “Miroslav Mitchev and Radostina Ivanova” Lawyers’ Partnership.
Main areas of work: Civil Lawsuits and Commercial Law with a broad expertise in the procedural representation at all Court Instances including the Supreme Court of Appeal; Supreme Administrative Court and Court of Arbitration at the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Miroslav Mitchev has advised and represented before the Court physical persons and legal entities, trade companies, banks and foreign companies in the sphere of the Bulgarian Trade and Tax Law; Arbitration disputes concerning the commercial representation and distributor activities in the sphere of telecommunications; bank and security law; corporative law; tax law and executory proceedings for collection of receivables; exequatur and etc.
