Education: (LLM) Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski” - Law Faculty
Professional Profile: Emil Simeonov started his legal career in 1991 as an in-house lawyer for the real estate company “Contract Real Estate”.
In 1993 he was admitted to the Bulgarian Bar and since then he has been acting as an independent attorney-at-law.
In 2001 he founded the partnership of lawyers “Simeonov & Partners”.
Since July 2000, Emil Simeonov is the legal council of the Permanent Commission on Architecture and Urban Planning to the Sofia Municipality.
For over ten years of practice Emil Simeonov has had over 1000 transactions with real estates. His practice emphasizes purchase and sale transactions, financings, real estate development, major headquarters leases, development and financing. Clients served by Emil Simeonov include all major parties in the real estate industry - lenders, developers, users, contractors, architects and property managers. This broad representation gives him valuable insight into the complex and competing interests in real estate transactions.
